Jonny hated his physique for years. Fad diets, incorrect training and endless contradicting information left him with skinny arms, an impossible to shift belly, a damaged metabolism, no energy and a weak mindset. He was ready to quit.
Over the next few years Jonny threw himself into understanding the human body transformation process. Not only through generic PT training but also medical training within the army which enabled him to understand the physiology behind the most powerful and effective ways for men to eliminate stubborn fat and build muscle.
He then realised through his own career and lifestyle, building a business, family life etc that he was often, even with this knowledge, falling off track. This is when he realised that anything restrictive is unsustainable for busy men.
Jonny was then able to truly understand how to create the change he wanted in his own physique. He developed a sustainable system that allowed him and his clients to eat the foods they loved whilst burning fat and building muscle persistently.
This is the process Jonny's been teaching men since February 4th 2020 when he launched TBM. Since then he has helped hundreds of men build and sustain physiques they feel amazing in without restricting their lifestyles.
